i am having trouble cutting my 4 corners and getting them to match up on a picture frame.do the miter and bevel on each corner add up to 90 or 45 degrees? the picture i am framing is 18 1/8 by 22 1/4 what miter and bevel should i use.i do have a compound miter saw.

Without a compound mitre saw you won't come anywhere close to what you want. Mitre saws are very accurate.
