Question:

I have 25 year old steel frame sliders in the basement. The panes are leaky and the steel frames are rusting badly. The frames are set into the poured concrete foundation wall. How do I replace these windows (inside basement is finished) and who can do it?

Answer:

If you can handle a chisel and mallot you can do it yourself because the metal should be cut out.

In the interests of retaining credibility and in fairness to all, I cannot recommend prices, people nor companies for various projects.
