Under a recently renovated mobile home, water has been sitting from improper drainage of the land. Hopefully the drainage problem will be fixed by the site owners. My question is, can I remove the mold myself that is begining to form on the inside of the crawl space walls, or do I have to hire a professional. If I can do it, what do I use?
Answer:
Just ventilate the daylights out of the crawlspace and put a fan down there. That will keep the mold away once the water problem is resolved. You might want toraise the soil level under there so it goes away faster and hopefully not come back.
