I have a 40 years old house with a 40x30 crawl space which I lined dirt floor with heavy plactic and put 5 vents for air ciculation but in the summer I noticed a lot of condensation. I was wondering if I have too much or not enough ventilation for summer and also if there is anything you would recomend to prevent any more damage.

I'd put a fan in there and during the summer, close the vents during the day, operate the fan only at night and that's when the vents would be open.
