i agree with your system of insulating a basement.i have a question about the vapuor barrier.how important is it and what problems may occure if its not installed. in this situation there has been a interior weeping system installed and the foundation walls have been covered by that "plastic"drainage covering.i dont know how important the vapuor will be.and how important is it in basements period.
Answer:
First of all, I wouldn't dare install such a weeping system on the interior because it can create a condensation problem all its own. I certainly would not put a VB over the insulation covering it though because that can only make the condensation problem worse.
In the interests of retaining credibility and in fairness to all, I cannot recommend prices, people nor companies for various projects.
