Question:

I want to install ceramic tiles on my basement floor I lived in a basement and noticed that in winter ceramic tiles are so cold. Please advise me what is the better way to put ceramic tiles in order to avoid having a cold floor.

Answer:

You can install radiant electric heat under them and it isn't expensive either.

In the interests of retaining credibility and in fairness to all, I cannot recommend prices, people nor companies for various projects.
