I live in a semi-detached home and my neighbor has mould on his basement walls (indoor).What are the chances it can spread to my house even though a firewall separates us? The mould that is visible at his home are on an outside wall. If I'm facing a problem how can I prevent it?

Aboput the only way to deal with mold is to dry the place out. Being on an outside, non-adjoining wall you may not have to worry but you should certainly monitor it from your side as concrete is quite permeable and you don't want a whole lot to do with that.
