I have just finished building a deck made out of pressure treated lumber. Should I be putting a sealer on it or can that wait for a while. Does it need a sealer at all? I also have a pressure treated fence which is 2 years old and the wood is starting to turn grey. I know you don't advise putting a stain on but would a seal or wash keep it looking good?

The PT products don't need anything in the way of preservative and colour is something you can adjust. To keep it looking good, you might want to wash is with a biodegradable wood wash every couple of years and when the PT colour starts to fade you can stain it.
