Question:

I was wondering whether anyone could advise me the best plants to buy for our flower boxes along the second story balcony. The area is shady (next to no sun) and considerably windy so the plants would need to be very hardy. I would also like to include hanging flowers in red and white. Any suggestions as to what would grow

Answer:

Because none of us know what gardening zone you live in, your local nursery is the only thing we can suggest. They're always best anyway.
