Question:

I remember you back in the old days at CJOH on the Morning Show when I was doing my consumer segment. You always had such good advice. My Husband is building a small garden shed to house his garden tractor. Does he need to put it on cement posts (i.e. sona tubes, cement etc. 4 ft. down)?

Answer:

It's always so good to hear from people who remember! It its only to house small things like the garden tractor I wouldn't bother with any more than a 44 frame filled with gravel and then build the shed on top of that. If the shed is larger than 8X8', I'd probably move up to a 6X6 frame.
