Question:

You suggested that we might have carpenter ants in our wood floors.Please advise the best way to get rid of them?

Answer:

You can try a 50/50 mixture of baking soda and icing sugar in shallow trays. I use a margarine container lid with a small pebble in the middle so that when I put a board over it, the critters till have room to get in and get thier feed.
