I have a piano that was given to me by my late grandmother. It was purchased in 1908 by her father for $450.00. It is of course a treasure to me. One of the kids put something wet on the bench and now there is a watermark! I don't want to refinish the bench, everything is in original condition. Is there anyway that I can get this watermark out without re-finishing?

Answer:

Its time for a bit of magic. Dab a bit of rubbing alcohol on the patch, say abracadabra, and blow the whole thing away with the hair dryer. Don't use more heat than that though.
