I have an older cedar "blanket" box that some candle wax has dripped onto. What is the best way to remove the wax. I need to do that because I have water stains underneath the wax that I want to remove with your rubbing alcohol and hair dryer method. I used the water stain removal on another piece of furniture and it worked great.
