I have a very old home (approx. 85yrs. I would like to have my ceilings redone with decorative plaster (swirls) with a 4 inch edge. I don't know what it might be called or who to contact to get an estimate.

Most drywall people either do this themselves or know someone who does. Those who do this kind of thing also normally have a photo album from which you can choose a pattern.
