My husband has unsuccessfully tried cleaning PVC windows with specially designed cleaners. Can you think of a product that can thoroughly clean PVC and not turn it yellow in colour?

This is an oil-based product andno matter what you do with it, the oil willkeep coming to the surface. I'm hoping that in the near future, a dependable paint will be developed for them because there is just no way to keep white vinyl white.
