I live in an apartment building, and would like to know what the repair options are, before I bring my problem back to the superintendent. So far he says there isn't much he can do, and I'd like to know what you think. With the warmer weather, I'd like to open the glass doors to my balcony, and leave only the screen door closed. The problem is, the screen door doesn't fit flush with the frame, so there are gaps where bugs can and do come in. There is no way to prevent the gaps, even by manually holding the screen door tight against the frame, because there are still gaps. Is there any repair that would fix the situation, or would a new screen door and frame be required.
Answer:
No manufacturer puts a product on the market that behaves as yours does. There has to be a repair and if there isn't, I'd get in touch with manufacturer to confirm it. Superintendants don't always do all they can to make you comfortable.
