Question:

I have 12 years old house. I cleaned the windows from outside and inside, But they still looked dirty, because the dirt is betwen the double class. Is there any why to clean the windows betewwn the class.

Answer:

If these are thermally glazed units, no, there is no way of getting in there without dismantling the unit and tht does away with whatever thermal benefit it presently has. I have to admit though, should you dismantle the whole thing, clean it and reassemble it, the savings over replacement would be such that it would take a lot of years to get your replacement money back.
