Question:

My husband and I want to reno our bathroom, but it has a large window in the middle of the tub. Of course water has gotten in and destroyed the drywall behind the window and down the tub wall. What suggestions do you have for eliminating or keeping the window, but not incurring this problem again?

Answer:

Close the window and drywall over it. It's a dumb place to put a window anyway. If you were to introduce a 110cfm exhaust fan in there you'd be far better off.
