Question:

Ren, is there any way to stop the draft coming into the house from the electrical outlets and switches on exterior walls? I was thinking of taking the plates off and trying to spray foam insulation around the box. Good idea?

Answer:

Very bad idea! You can buy foam pads that install under the switch and plug plates and that's about as effective as it gets.
