When I look up in the attic I see that the underside of the roof is green and looks like it has been painted with the pentox we used to use on decks some years ago. It is also on the inside of the electrical panel box which is in my bedroom. I wonder if there is any thing to paint over this stuff to neutralize it as it off-gases for many years I understand.
