Question:

I want to ask you for any suggestion on how to buy a replacement bathroom ventilation(exhaust) fan with light that is 12"x12". I went all over the places but no luck on any of them, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Calvin

Answer:

Because there is no way of telling how many corrodable components there are in the housing I would not use a combo unit. If I want an exhaust fan, I look for 110 CFM, if I want light, it get a light fixture and if I want heat, I'll install a fan-type electrical heater that builds into the wall near the floor - where I want to heat.
