Question:

We installed new plug-ins throughout the house with up to date receptacles. After a few months we noticed some green substance coming out of the plug ins, it looks like green grease and has no odor. What is this stuff?

Answer:

This is a form of mould and should be checked into as soon as possible because it talks about moisture and corrosion where there shouldn't be either.
