Question:

I asked this question about a week ago but I don't seem to have received a reply. I have two 30 amp ciruit breakers in my main electrical panel for my dryer. Between the main panel and the dryer there is also a small electrical panel with two 30 amp fuses. Does the dryer need the second panel??

Answer:

I have no record of your first question but now that I have this one, I can tellyou that this can best be answered by your local Hydro Authority. In some cases, local bylaws go substantially beyond what others do. Fuses are things of past for most such authorities so you may be able to monkey with that to start with.
