MY 2-STORY MODULAR HOME HAS ELECTRIC BASE BOARD HEATERS. IT HAS A WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE, SELDOM USED. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IT WOULD BE BENIFICIAL TO CONVERT THE FIREPLACE TO GAS. I WANT TO KEEP THE REST OF THE HEAT AS IS.
I'd change it because anything is less expensive than the baseboard electrical resistance heaters.
