Question:

I have installed two lights in my hallway and I want to have a light switch at each end of the hall.
How do I connect the wires so that I can turn the lights off and on from either end?

Answer:

You'll need a three-way circuit for this and the best way to get that is ask for a diagram when you apply for the wiring permit you'll be needing to do the work.
