We have discovered mice in the house. Caught about 10 in the last 6-12 months. Can't seem to find out where they are entering. Can you suggest a good exterminator? I know you don't like to give names but we are desperate. We don't want a fly-by-night scam. We want the problem solved once and forever.

They'll only come back unless you block up all entryways for them. They only need a quarter-inch hole to enter through and the only thing you can stuff into the holes to keep them out is steel wool. Only after that's all done should you spend money on a professional.
