Question:

I have a one year old high efficiency furnace. I have a few cats and find that the air is clean and relatively hair free. With a good variety of filters on the market (my furnace takes 16" by 24")which kind is the best? Some have a gauze texture while some have a corrigated solid one etc.

Answer:

All of them are good. The ones with electronic filtering systems appear to be better but the cost is also much higher.
