Question:

My house has lots of mildew around the windows, below the windows, near the floor and even on to the frame of the windows. I tried cleaners and they helped some; it's very horrid looking, especially around the window connected to the front door.

Answer:

Something in your house is creating too much condensation and you are badly in need of more ventilation. You might also install a large-diameter ceiling fan in the uppermost hallway and have it blowing air downward 24-hours a day, year around at slow speed. You'll still have to ventilate though.
