Question:

I believe I heard you say, on radio, that ice and water shield is good to use on valleys, using a number of sheets. How are the sheets arranged over each other? Are nails better than staples to attach shingles?

Answer:

Ice and water shield, when used in more than one sheet, should overlap according to the lines and instructions on the product. I still prefer to use nails.
