Question:

I would like to change the trim (baseboards & door trim) in a condo where the divisions are framed with metal studs? How do I secure the trim to the walls?

Answer:

You can use either adhesive of screws. The former is much easier to work with. Make sure yu nail the corner pieces to each other.
