I listen to you every saturday morning, very good show. The question I have relates to vynil flooring I had installed in our kitchen & hall. On a supposidly good vynil floor installation should we be able to see the trowel marks & glue outlines showing through the flooring. The flooring installed Is a white high gloss vynil and is perimiter glued. The flooring is very thin but we were told it was good quality. Did the instalers use to much glue or is the flooring not as good as they said.
Answer:
I have a feeling the wrong glue spreader was used because the trowel lines should not show through no matter how thin the floor covering.
