Question:

We are in the process of taking a 3 bedroom home and making it into a one bedroom. One of the bedrooms is being converted into our ensuite. My questions, should we replace the existing drywall with aqua drywall and is it okay to leave the hardwood floor in there?

Answer:

I'd be afraid to leave thehardwood there because it reacts too drastically to changes in atmospheric humidity but other than I see nothing that needs to be changed.
