Question:

Hi, We have oak kitchen cabinetry and we are thinking of changing our cabinet doors. In order to meet our budget, we were thinking of painting the side of our cabinets which has this oak veneer. Do you think it will be possible to match the paint color that will cover the oak veneer with the our new cabinet doors? Thanks

Answer:

If you are planning on replacing the cabinet doors with a paint grade material (MDF), you may be able to match the colour but the wood grain of the oak will still appear. Thank you, Janik Lemery PS. I apologize for the delay in replying to your question but unfortunately, we were not receiving notice of new questions from HomeFocus.
