Question:
I live in Bells corners and my home was built in 1992. I have no leaks in the roof but some friends say that my roof may be ready for being re roofed. I would like to know how to choose a roofer that is reliable and is not a rip off artist. How do I determine if I need a new roof or not? Please let me know at your earliest convenience.
