Question:

Mr. Barresi, this is twenty year old house. Eavestroughs were installed when the house was new. One of the downspouts empties on the garage roof. Since this area is not visible we did not notice that the shingles were wearing out. Last winter during the winter thaw we had some water leakage in the garage. Now everytime it reains we have water leaking into the garage. Can this be fixed while we are getting ready/organized to have the roof replaced? Thank you Syed S. Kamal

Answer:

Yes you can have the damaged and worn out shingles replaced. That should hold you off until your ready to re-roof your house. Century Roofing Anthony Barresi 738-1774
