Neighbour had birds removed and installed ridge vent(?) Don't know if prior owner cut vents in this house prior to installation of metal soffits. Comments re: Birds vs. Roof Vent

Whirlybirds are affective if there is wind, otherwise over time they can squeak if not lubricated. Due to the small attic space Ridge vents are only recommended if there are cathedral ceilings.
