Question:

I have a 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyageur, and need to check the transmission fluid.

Is it always the case that you check the fluid level while the car is running? We I check the car as it is off, the level is ok, while it is running it is low.

Answer:

Transmission fluid should always be checked at operating temperatures. Call us at 834-6397 so we can accurately determine not only its level but its condition.
