Question:

What can I do if the driver's side door lock is ALWAYS frozen in the locked position when the temperature is anything below -10? The passenger side door unlocks but the driver's side doesn't (Cavelier Z24, 2001). Is this a job for WD40??

Answer:

We would recommend that the lock cylinder and latch be removed and soaked. Drop in some oil for a few hours. Please feel free to call us at 834-6397 or drop by and we may be able to further assist you with this or any other questions/concerns you may have.
