Question:

How often do I need an oil change? How much do you charge?

Answer:

Depending on your vehicle, oil changes should be done approximately every 5,000 kms or three months. General Motors has brought out the Oil Life Monitoring System which advises drivers on when to change their oil based on the number of kilometres and the type of drive you do. A vehicle driven mostly on the highway at cruising speeds will not need to change its oil as often as a vehicle travelling many short trips, stop and go trips, or vehicles towing trailers. At Mews our oil changes cost $29.95 including a 15 point inspection plus fluid top-ups.
