Why can't you just give a proper discription of what we can do to fix these minor items instead of trying to get us to bring our vehicles in to your garage where it will cost a considerable amount of money?

Answer:

We would like to provide quick solutions to all the questions posed to us over the internet however, many of the questions posed are too vague for a quick response. If we see a vehicle or a customer in person, we generally, ask more precise, probing questions to get right to the heart of the matter quickly.
Often, there are more than one causes or solutions to problems posed to us. We try to give several suggestions to help vehicle owners, but we can't
always be absolutely precise without further probing. We run the risk of misdiagnosing a problem because of inaccurate or incomplete information.
I hope you understand that we want to get it right the first time, all of the time.
