I recently purchased a 2000 cadillac sts ,but i am having trouble with the memory presets---seat,radio.mirrors,temp., etc..Although i have read the manual i can't seem to delete everything to start anew. Can you help? Regards, J.D.

The owner's manual is accurate in its description. If you continue to have difficulties don't hesitate to drop into our west end location, Myers Chev Olds Cadillac.
