We will be moving in the next year or so and are trying to determine the best option for us. Do you have any consumer reviews, so to speak on the modular homes (we are thinking of Bonneville in particular) and whether the cost is really much lower or what we can expect to pay for a modest 3 bedroom home. This would be in a rural area

We do not have much experience with modular homes but would suggest that you do ample research and remember you get what you pay for.
