Hi:
WE own our own home in Morgan's Grant. We have 1475 living space and a finished walkout basement.
We would like to know how to find an "infill" lot or a vacant lot in Kanata Lakes or Stitsville area.
We would also like to know what resources are available to help us find a builder and costs.
We will need three bedrooms and don't want a family room!
No adult communities please.
We are not in a hurry but want to think about downsizing. We are open to suggestions of homes for sale in these areas but want a crescent or cul de sac. Bungalow preferred. NO GARAGE at the front.
