I am in the process of selling my home. Is it necessary to have a lawyer handle the paperwork or can it be done by a paralegal??? Thank you

Answer:

Interesting question Clause 11 in the agreement of purchase & sale stipulate that both buyer & seller will retain the services of a solicitor. But in the real world, provided you have no martgages to discharge, a competent paralegal could do the job. Tks for the inquiry Len & Craig
