I have been aporached by a company that is called HEIR (Home Equity Investment Rewards) have you ever heard of them? I am wondering if they are a legit company, all websearches have come to naught. Being in the mortgage business I thought you may have heard something about them. Would appreciate any infomation you can give. Thank you Susan H

Hello Susan, No, I have never heard of the company either but that can be taken as both positive and negative at the same time. You may want to check with the Better Business Bureau to see if there are any complaints or even if they are a member.
