Question:

I have around 1 mil CMHC guaranteed residential mtges coming up for renewal,,I have floating prime less .15 and I wonder if you have seen a one-half percent below prime..Thanks..ep

Answer:

Yes, we have lenders who will float at prime less one half.
Unfortunately, most will only provide their best rates for owner occupied properties. I may have one at prime less .4% for rentals.
If you are interested in transferring your mortgages to one of our lenders, please call me at 613-721-6843 and we can discuss the process. There are no fees from the new lender or for our company 's services but your existing lender may charge $1-200.00 per loan when you leave them. John Lozinski
