Hi Patrick,
I could not find a better catagory in the homefocus ask the expert page, so I'll direct this to you, maybe you could forward it to a pest-control expert.
I have a serious fly problem in my log home. It all started last october, when a wasp nest was being built up in my attic, and the saliva (so I was told) was eating through the drywall ceiling, so I had the nest removed through the ceiling, leaving a big hole there. When the exterminator sprayed his poison up there, a million flies came from the attic into the house, where they currently continue to live. I believe they are called cluster flies, since they seem to act really slow, and die within a day or so. Anyway, whenever the temerature goes above or around zero, I have at least 100 flies buzzing around in my home at any given time. I am not looking forward to summer. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them? Can an exterminated fumigate the house or something to kill them all? Thanks.

I can't answer this one. We don't have a pest control specialist in the group yet to refer it over.
