I have a very bright window at my home.
Which I like it very much because it keeps my house worm in Winter.
but i would like to cover it for the privacy.
What is your suggestion for a type of blind that can give me the two options.
Privacy and the brightness and wormness.

Any time you cover your windows you are unfortunately blocking heat by the sun from entering
ie. thermal efficiency.

Despite this fact, I can suggest to you three different products that will give you privacy as well as allowing light filtration:

1) Vienna or Silhouette: In the open position this product is a sheer material with the option of looking through the light filtering sheer. In the closed position it will give you the privacy that you desire.

2) Pleated Shades with the top-down bottom up feature.
This product opens from the top of the shade and has the bottom part closed therefore allowing heat to transfer through the top of the shade but has the privacy feature on the bottom of the shade.

3)The manufacturer,Altex, a also has a product called lumen which is a roller shade that allows light to filter through but is also opaque enough to give you privacy.
