Question:

Is it possible to put a decent size shower in a 5 x 7 bathroom
where the bathtub (at end of
room will be removed and not
replaced? Thank you.

Answer:

Yes, you can replace the existing tub with a shower that has approximately the same size foot print (60" by 32"). This is a good size for a shower and you will find it very practical. You did not mention if the existing tub had a shower surround. A window in the existing tub surround area could create some problems for you in converting the tub to a shower.
