Our second floor toilet makes a loud noise when we flush it. It moans until the tank is full again. What can we do?

Answer:
Cindy:
Change the ballcock valve in the tank of the toilet. Plumbing supply stores will have the appropriate part for your toilet. After the new valve is installed you should have a quiet toilet again.
